Your written offer and booking confirmation identify the services, suppliers, dates and total price for your package. Review both documents and ask us to clarify anything that is not clear before you accept or pay.

Egypt tour terms: prices and written offers

Prices may vary by travel date, cruise vessel, hotel and itinerary. Any EUR estimate displayed is calculated as USD × 1.13; your written offer confirms the final price and currency.

Your written offer sets out the package inclusions and exclusions, applicable taxes or fees, availability, and the period for which the offer is valid. If a detail is not stated, contact Nilia Tours before accepting the offer.

Payment

A 10% deposit forms part of the total package price. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival by cash or Visa.

The deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival, in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please follow the cancellation process and charges stated on that page.

Children and gratuities

• Children aged 0–5.99 stay free when sharing a parent’s room.
• Children aged 6–11.99 share a parent’s room and pay half the adult fare. The reduced fare applies to one child.
• Guests aged 12 and over pay the full adult fare.

Mandatory gratuities may apply to boats and hotels. For the published Hurghada + Nile Cruise package, cruise crew gratuities are USD 3 per person per night and sailor gratuities are USD 2 per person per cruise. The hotel gratuity amount and collection method are stated in your written offer. Any additional tip is at your discretion.

Egypt tour terms for Nile cruise cancellations

For Nile cruise bookings, these Egypt tour terms set the cancellation fees below as a percentage of the total stay booked:

• Cancellation 60 days before arrival: 0% of the total stay booked.
• Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total stay booked.
• Cancellation 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay booked.
• Cancellation 14 days before arrival: 75% of the total stay booked.
• Cancellation 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay booked.
• If you do not arrive, the full cruise will be charged as cancellation fees.

Cruise times and late check-out

For cruise stays, check-in starts at 14:00 (02:00 PM), and check-out is at 08:00 AM. Late check-out depends on availability and incurs an additional charge.

Sailing times and the order of visits may change because of vessel operations or local conditions. Your written offer confirms the planned itinerary for your travel dates.
