Refund and Returns Policy
This cancellation and refund policy explains the charges and deposit terms for a confirmed Nilia Tours package. Please review the dates and percentages below before requesting a cancellation.
Refundable when you cancel 60 days or more before arrival.
No cancellation charge applies.
The charge is based on the total package price.
Cancellation charges
Charges are based on the total package price and the number of days before your scheduled arrival:

| 30–59 days | 25% of the total package price |
| 21–29 days | 50% of the total package price |
| 14–20 days | 75% of the total package price |
| 13 days or fewer | 100% of the total package price |
If you do not arrive
If you do not arrive for your confirmed cruise, the full cruise will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Deposit and remaining payment
The 10% booking deposit forms part of the total package price. If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, no cancellation charge applies and the deposit is refundable.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival by cash or Visa.
